Thank you for your order. To avoid disappointment and ensure the smooth processing of your return, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your item, please notify us of your intent to return
  • The items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached
  • For items purchased on sale or with a 20% or more discount code, you may only return your items for a store credit (less shipping) or exchange
  • All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a faulty or incorrect item has been sent out
  • We can only accept returns originally purchased through www.yevuclothing.com

How to return an item

Please kindly send an email to shop@yevuclothing.com with the following info:

  • Your online order number or commercial invoice number
  • Style and size of the items you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation that the items are in original, unworn condition

Once authorisation is granted by shop@yevuclothing.com, fill out the form below and ship the items with a trackable method to:

We must receive the return within 14 days. You will be notified once your return has been processed.

We endeavour to process all returns upon arrival. However, during busy periods this can take up to 10 working days. We thank you for your patience.
