All Shipping 

YEVU ships worldwide from our dispatch centre in Sydney, Australia. 

Please read over our rates and shipping details below for domestic orders (Australian based customers) and international orders (all non Australian based customers). Please factor in shipping times and duties, especially for non Australian based customers. 

We endeavour to fulfil all orders received within 2 business days of receiving the order. We endeavour to reply to your order enquiries via email within 24 hours. Please allow for additional time during busy sale periods.

Australia Shipping

We ship domestically using Australia Post. 

Standard Australia Post (for orders under AUD $250): Flat rate AUD $10.00 (2 - 4 business days after dispatch) 

Standard Australia Post (for orders over AUD $250): Free (2 - 4 business days after dispatch) 

Express Australia Post: Flat rate AUD $15.00 (1 - 2 business days after dispatch) 

 

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post. 

All international orders are sent with signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address and choose one where someone will be available to sign for the parcel within business hours.

Standard International Post (for orders under AUD $250): Flat rate AUD $15.00 (5 - 10 business days)  

Standard International Post (for orders over AUD $250): Free (5 - 10 business days)  

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with Australia Post. YEVU is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in a customer's country.

All international orders are sent with signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address and select one where someone will be available to sign for the parcel within business hours. 

Please ensure you enter a phone number with your order to receive these updates and select your best delivery options.

Standard International Post: Flat rate AUD $30.00 

 

Track your order

All shipping options have full tracking available, and these tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Australia and New Zealand customers can track orders via Auspost here using your tracking number. International customers can use their Auspost tracking number with their local postal service to track their order once it's arrived in their country.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address.

Orders that are returned to sender will be charged additional shipping costs to be resent.

YEVU is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Environmental Impact

YEVU is dedicated to creating the most sustainable and clean shipping options for our customers. We are constantly assessing and updating our practices to ensure we keep up to date with the latest opportunities to minimise our carbon footprint and best manage our waste. Packaging

We support Australian businesses that provide us with environmentally sustainable products and packaging. Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly, compostable and plastic free, so what you receive in the mail from us can be responsibly disposed of in your compost bin to completely biodegrade within 180 days.

We work with these same suppliers to repurpose the ‘backing’ of all of the compostable labels - this is the best process currently available, and endeavour to switch to 100% compostable labels when this product becomes available. 

All paper products can be either recycled or composted. Please see the guide below on how to dispose of each product.

Shipping Offsets

All our Domestic and International shipping is 100% Carbon Neutral.

We have partnered with Auspost for shipping all of our orders. They run an excellent carbon offset program to provide their partners with 100% carbon neutral shipping offers, which we proudly take part in.
