YEVU offers free standard shipping on ALL ORDERS of a purchase value over AUD $250.00. Check out our rates and time frames below for domestic and international orders.
We ship everything from our dispatch centre in Australia, so for non Australian customers, please factor that in for shipping time and duties.
We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 48 hours but please allow for additional time during busy sale periods.
Please be aware that due to COVID-19 restrictions there could be delays on both Domestic and International shipments.

We ship domestically using Auspost.
Standard Australia Post (for orders under AUD $250): Flat rate AUD $10.00 (2 - 4 business days)
Standard Australia Post (for orders over AUD $250): Free (2 - 4 business days)
Express Australia Post: Flat rate AUD $15.00 (1 - 2 business days)
New Zealand Shipping
We ship to New Zealand using Auspost.
All international orders are sent with signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address and choose one where someone will be available to sign for the parcel within business hours.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide with Auspost.
Please ensure you enter a phone number with your order to receive these updates and select your best delivery options.
All international orders are sent with signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address and select one where someone will be available to sign for the parcel within business hours.

International Taxes and Duties:
Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
YEVU is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country.

Free Shipping Conversions (for customers outside Australia):
For our international customers that don't use Australian Dollars, you will qualify for free shipping if your order value is above the following amounts (approximate only and subject to currency fluctuations):
- USA - free shipping on orders above USD $194.00
- Europe - free shipping on orders above EUR €159.00
- UK - free shipping on orders above GBP £137.00
- Switzerland - free shipping on orders above CHF 175.00
- Canada - free shipping on orders above CAD $234.00
- New Zealand - free shipping on orders above NZD $270.00
Information about your order:
All shipping options have full tracking available, and these tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Australia and New Zealand customers can track orders via Auspost here using your tracking number. International customers can use their Auspost tracking number with their local postal service to track their order once it's arrived in country.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address.

This partnership creates a collective social impact by providing fair and inclusive employment opportunities to people who are too often locked out of feeling like a valued and purposeful member of our economies and local communities.
Please allow 24 hours for Avenue to respond to any shipping enquiries. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched and expect extended delivery times during peak sale periods and new range releases.

Environmental Impact:
YEVU is dedicated to creating the most sustainable and clean shipping options for our customers. We are constantly assessing and updating our practices to ensure we keep up to date with the latest opportunities to minimise our carbon footprint.
Packaging:
We support Australian businesses that provide us with environmentally sustainable products and packaging. Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly, compostable and plastic free, so what you receive in the mail from us can be responsibly disposed of in your compost bin to completely biodegrade within 180 days.
We work with these same suppliers to repurpose the ‘backing’ of all of the compostable labels - this is the best process currently available, and endeavour to switch to 100% compostable labels when this product becomes available.
All paper products can be either recycled or composted. Please see the guide below on how to dispose of each product.

Shipping Offsets:
All our Domestic and International shipping is 100% Carbon Neutral.
We have partnered with Auspost for shipping all of our orders.
They run an excellent carbon offset program to provide their partners with 100% carbon neutral shipping offers, which we proudly take part in.
